**Job Opening: Weed Trimming Laborer (Coffee Farm)**

We are currently looking for a **reliable, experienced, and self-motivated laborer** to perform **weed trimming (weedwacking)** on our coffee farm.

### **Job Description:**

* Weed trimming around coffee trees using a **weedwacker (string trimmer or brush cutter), **

* Cleaning weeds from the trees,

* Independent, outdoor physical work in **varied terrain and weather conditions**

* Flexible, part-time schedule (minimum 4 hours/day)

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Operate a weedwacker safely and effectively

* Trim weeds around trees and throughout the farm

* Perform routine maintenance on the equipment, including:

 * Changing and sharpening blades

 * Replacing trimmer line

 * Mixing 2-cycle oil with gasoline in proper ratios

* Use your own equipment or work with equipment provided by us

### **Requirements:**

* **Proven experience** operating a weedwacker or brush cutter

* Ability to perform **minor maintenance and repairs** on trimming equipment

* Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors in **varied weather and rough terrain**

* Strong work ethic and ability to work **independently without supervision**

* Must have reliable transportation

* **English language skills are a plus**

* Part-time, flexible hours (minimum 4 hours per day)
