The Barista

Barista is the Italian word for 'bartender'.  However, it means far more than a person who attends bar. The Barista is to coffee as the Enologist is to wine. The Barista is the coffee aficionado who combines his skill, knowledge and artistry to prepare the perfect shot of Espresso.

About Espresso

Espresso is the fundamental element of the many coffee drinks enjoyed around the world. Espresso is a method of coffee extraction.
Surprisingly, Espresso is not a particular type of coffee. The perfect cup of Espresso will vary from one Barista to the next since each selects a different variety of coffee.
Common Espresso Drinks

Espresso Romano

Espresso Con Panna
