Our shipping fees are designed to
save you money and provide the best possible rates and service.
We offer
shipping by Fed-Ex, Priority Mail and UPS.
For best service from Kona we
encourage our customers to select Federal Express. Orders received by 9 AM Hawaiian Standard Time will ship the same day
and arrive on the US West Coast in 2 business days. Orders going to the US East coast
will arrive in 3
business days. You will receive a ship notice and tracking number by e-mail
when your order leaves our Kona facility.
Orders going to a PO Box will be shipped by Priority Mail
and arrive in 7 - 10 days.
RATES ARE BASED ON ACTUAL SHIPPING COST.
WE DO NOT ADD A HANDLING FEE. SHIPPING COST WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL WEIGHT OF
YOUR ORDER AND THE SHIP TO ADDRESS.
